I have been very blessed this week to have the opportunity to travel down to Mobile with Mr. Randy and George Brown. It has been an amazing experience. I have been fortunate to learn more about Team Focus, and meet some of the great people involved with this wonderful organization. The bonus is that my university is playing in the GMAC bowl game on Wednesday. GO TROJANS!!
As I sit in our hotel room and reflect on the past few days, I feel as if my college days have flown by. I have realized that throughout my time in college I rarely slowed down to enjoy the little things in life. Now that I have graduated it feels nice being able to devote more time to devotionals, personal reading, family, and friends.
We get so busy in life that we rarely take time to smell the roses. Yet many times it is the roses that make life more enjoyable. The roses can be representative of family or friends we should have spent more time with. Roses can also be representative of acitons or activities we wish we had done. Many times we may come to the end of the day and wish we had done something different. Don't let life pass you by. Take time to enjoy the roses.Take time to enjoy the wonderful life God has given us.
Just another thought to consider.
T.J. Martin
